Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you an online intake form so we can begin learning about your health history, current concerns, and goals for care.
When you arrive at the clinic, your chiropractor will sit down with you to dive deeper into your history and assess how your body is functioning. This includes:

• A posture and movement assessment
• Range of motion testing
• Gentle neurological and orthopaedic checks
• Spinal function and nervous system screening

If necessary, you may be referred for X-rays to get a clearer picture of the underlying issues. We refer to trusted imaging providers including Mercy Radiology, Auckland Radiology, and The New Zealand College of Chiropractic. In cases of acute pain, we may also provide your first gentle adjustment to begin relieving discomfort.
The goal of this visit is to understand how well your spine and nervous system are working — and to determine if chiropractic care is the right fit for you. If it’s not, we’ll refer you to someone who can help.
